This site is provided for the purpose of describing our services and letting you request a project quote. Content on this site (copy, design, and code) belongs to Virall Tech Solutions unless otherwise stated.

Project engagements

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A project only begins once both parties agree on scope, price, and timeline in writing (typically a proposal or statement of work). Ownership of code and design deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
